It's me Todd, I hope you know me, if you don't you should. I'm a friendly guy, I'm very opening to new things, except bad music, and I mean just about everything on the radio. If you do know me though you would know that I have an amazing Girlyfriend named Caroline. That I'm in a pretty good band with some great guys that I truly love, nothing wrong with bromance. Last but not least I love me some photography and Urban Exploring. OK, that's all I got, Peace!

Ello, today was along day, but a fun day.  I spent the morning sleeping mostly, then I worked on some writing for my little book I’m working on.  I then hung out with Zac, we wrote some swell music and jammed a bit, kinda just hung around until Garrett showed up which ended up being 9:45.  After that point in time we went out to go night shooting, we drove on out to a near by farm that I had shot before but not in a long time.  We arrived and pulled out our gear, set up the tripod and started exposing, some exposures one minute others ten.  We couldn’t hear much of anything though because the local drag racing strip had an open night and all hell was breaking loose.  Though when the cars stopped we heard strange noises coming from the house, some of it sounded like bats, some of it like a giant man clipping his toe nails.  There were some goats on the farm in the past, I had seen them been chased by them, so on so forth.  So when I heard heavy breathing or snorting coming from the house I feared it was mister goat man, so I did not press on.  We spent about an hour and a half exposing random shots, I got five good ones so I was happy, the others got some as well.  We all head back to my house chowed down on some snack food and enjoyed the warm weather by sitting on my desk talking about nonsense until the wee hours of the night.

That’s it for now, Blog you later…

Ah, today was good.  I woke up around 10, cleaned my room and did some stuff around my house then I said to myself “I want to shoot something new”.  So then I called my neighbor Zac and asked him if he was free to explore, he was, then I called my friend Danny, he was free as well.  I then thought of a location not too far but something I wanted to see.  An old veterans hospital came to my mind, I went about 2 years back but my photos were horrible and I barely covered any of the main building, not to mention the whole complex of over 100 buildings.  So I picked up Zac and Danny and we arrived about 40 minutes after, we found a place to park and started walking.  Once we were in the complex we looked around for entry points on the buildings but didn’t see to many,  a few girls on bikes were trying to get into some of the buildings as well.  I made my towards the main hospital building which is 7 stories tall.  I saw a group of 5 other people with cameras trying to get in as well.  As I walk towards the main buildings the two girls ride by and ask “Are you going in there” I turned around and said “Hu?” They Then repeated “Are you going in there?” I ask “Why?” they said “Because you can’t get in” then my friend Zac says, “Oh yes I think we can” so I take this as my opportunity and I run at the building, jump of an air conditioner, scale the wall, and in through a second story window while Danny exclaimed “Holy shit!”  Zac and Danny then tried the same feat with there own styles and got in as well, we looked cool.  We then spent the following 3 hours inside shooting photos of all around.  It was a neat place, not to much decay but still very photogenic.  I haven’t edited all my photos yet but I feel a good solid set coming out of today.  After laughing meanly at the other people that kept trying but couldn’t get in we started packing up to leave, we got kind of lost in the building trying to find that open window again and ended up some scary ass hall way.  Eventually we found our way out and all was good, except when we dropped out of the window we saw two clone dogs running at us, very scary indeed.  The 3 of us shot exteriors of the whole complex then got back to our car.  After all that I dropped Danny off then picked up Caroline and drove home.  This time Caroline and I finished the other half of obsessed and ate dinner.  When I took her home we stopped by Wal-Mart to get something for my camera then McDonald’s for some hot fudge ice cream.  I then said good bye to her (all though I didn’t want too) and drove on home, once again I’m very exhausted, so good night world.

Today Was Pretty Damn Amazing.

Today as you may know was Caroline and I’s 1 year anniversary, so it went like this.

9:00am I wake up

9:15am I eat

9:30am I pack lunch, get ready.

10:00am I try to leave but my car lacked oil and break fluid, so I fixed that

10:15am I leave to get Caroline.

Enough with the time signatures.  I got to Caroline quarter to eleven, she wasn’t ready yet but it was OK because I just waited for her.  We left shorty there after and headed on our way to Frederick!

We ate lunch it baker park, it was delicious and it consisted of two pizza lunchables, two pieces of bread, 4 slices of cheese, 4 slices of yummy turkey, a block of cheese, sesame sticks (which I am now addicted to), two puddings, and 4 mints.  It sounds amazing and you know it.

Once lunch was all done Caroline and I went to Harper’s Ferry to walk around and look at all the fun stuff.  We found some cool abandonments while we were there as well.  We sat at one of the abanonments and dangled our feet of the edge of a stone wall which was over the water.  Caroline and I sat there for about an hour just talking about random things.  Then we decided we really wanted Rita’s Ice, and seeing how one was on the way home in Frederick, why not.

Caroline and I went back down the highway and into Frederick, I got a raspberry lemonade gelati and Caroline got a mango gelati.  We then returned home for some nummy chicken alfredo dinner, watched half of obsessed while trying not to sleep then we watched half of American gangster.  At this point we noticed what time it was and sadly, it was time to take her home.  I drove her home, we sang our song together and then said goodbye.  For some reason leaving her tonight was different than usual, I never want to leave but I really didn’t this time.  Long story short I did and drove home.

So here I am now writing about this, but that’s all for today.

The other day I recieved an email on my flickr account, weird right?   No not really but the topic was, atleast to me.  It was a message asking about one of my photos, and if it could be used in something called “Schmap: Baltimore Photo Short-List”  I have no idea what it really is, I only have a vague understanding of it.  The message had a link to a web page showing my photo with a submission style look to it.   I read through all the policies and such, it seemed very legit and said it can give a good and wide publication to my photos.  I filled out the little boxes and it asked for the name I desired the photo be credited too, I put myself down.  I figured the fact that I have my own copy write on the photo I wouldn’t have to worry to much, plus it’s not my best work by any means.  If anyone knows more about the said website or project thing let me know, and fill my brain with the knowledge yours beholds.

First thingy on blrtum, so yeah.

So today I join the world of tumblr, so lets hope I don’t just go along and forget about it and never post again.  Today is my 1 year anniversary with my girlfriend Caroline (she is amazing).  But really it’s night time so we wont be going out until I wake up in about 8 hours, but it will be fun.  We are going to go picnicking, exploring, and just chillin’ in Frederick, you can’t tell me that doesn’t sound fun.  So yeah, that’s it for now.  Blog you later.
